More of the Moor

As Molly doesn't like the heat, walking is taking place at 7.30am and today, after a paddle in the cool river, a little playtime over a stick is in order. Elsa constantly walks with a stick in her mouth.

At the seaside ...

Molly, Elsa and Maisie ...

... More woodland walks as the bluebells are so beautiful. Elsa refuses to be carried and just wants to keep up with her mum and friend. She does a lovely "sit" and "down" now.

Hop, Skip and a Jump ...

   
... through the tall grass. What fun!!

Playing ...

... at home or in amongst the bluebells, Molly and Elsa have great fun. In the woods they were wrestling over a stick - Elsa won!

Wide awake or fast asleep ...

... Elsa, like all of her siblings, has 2 speeds asleep and not!!!

Just the 2 of us ...

... with all the other 10 puppies settling nicely into their new homes, Molly and Elsa have a chance to start bonding.

Just 5 remain ...

... Rocky, Billy, Ruby, Elsa and Rio (in order above). Sunny in Cornwall this bank holiday and all of them enjoying the freedom to play in the garden.
By Thursday this week it will just be Molly and Elsa and this blog will tell of their adventures. The adventures of the other 10 puppies in their new homes will continue to be told on Molly's Puppies blog.

Time to Snooze

Anywhere is a good place for a nap even on the shelf of the coffee table as Max and Ruby demonstrate. Billy and Elsa are double mischief but even they find time for a nap, together of course.

All Eleven for the last time ...

... today's the day when the puppies start to go to their new families. Paddy (Aqua), Tamsin (Yellow) and Flo (Purple) are the first to go.
These will be the last group shots unless we can get everyone back for a birthday party.

Mum & Dad Together Again

Yogi has come to join Molly for the weekend and they go for a walk on Bodmin Moor up to Alex Tor, a bright, sunny but windy day.

7 weeks old today

The pup's characters are really shining this week. Mischief is their favourite pastime, including shredding newspaper and wine boxes, regardless what is on them! They are very responsive and take up an enormous amount of time. With lovely weather, they have been outside playing a lot of the day and Molly is now playing and chastising them...wonderful to see. She won't let them feed off her now though some do try to get a sneaky suckle.
