Christmas photo shoot ...
Having been bathed the day before, and looking like butter wouldn't melt, I took them onto the moor for a photo shoot. (Elsa standing in the first one then they swapped places)

It's a squirrel ...
... and yes it is dead. Not sure which one killed it but I heard the commotion, saw a quick shaking of the head and it was all over. Only a baby and the mother was calling for it for over an hour afterwards. Now they see squirrels as an attainable prize, there is no stopping them. Obsessed. Elsa on her own before Molly took it off to bury.

And Flo came too ...
Flo came to see us. So lovely to see her again. Looks more ike Molly and is quite gentle. Slightly bigger than Elsa.

A rabbit from a hat ...
At last, after 3 years of trying, Molly caught her first rabbit. She was so pleased with herself but was reluctant to give it up.
Billy comes for a visit ...
What fun ... They immediately recognised each other and had several walks and playtimes over the 3 days. Billy and Elsa barely stopped romping.

What is it ...
At the top of Alex Tor are loads of huge granite boulders. Something was in there and Molly, followed closely by Elsa snorted, dug and sniffed for 45 minutes. Thankfully they didn't draw anything out and I was a bit nervous that they would get stuck. The light is beautiful up there, ideal for photo shots.

Time for a sleep ...
Molly wouldn't leave my "grandchild to be" alone when Loraine came to visit. She kept resting and rubbing her head on the bump in such a loving way. She is so nurturing, thus Elsa's left ear has gone a pinky/ginger where Molly kept licking it when Elsa had an ear infection. All better now.

Just the two of us ...
The moor is definately their stomping ground. Elsa is never far away from her mum, always frightenened she is going to miss out. I am sure Molly would sometimes like to explore on her own but never gets the chance.

Snow time in Bath
Having just bought a 2nd home in Bath, the dogs love the change of scene and being in a city, there are so many new friends to make in Victoria Park. They look like twins when they have their coats on.

Chinese vsitor!!
17 week old "Mei Lei" came to visit for the weekend. She's a chinese crested powder puff and I was a little concerned the dogs would be a bit strong for her but Molly played the matriach beautifully and kept Elsa under control. They got on really well.

Good Citizens ...
... a proud day for us as Molly went for Gold and passed with flying colours. Elsa was going for Bronze with a question mark about Silver as I was not confident she would do the 2 minute "stay" element of the test but she surprised everyone by just lying there until I said she could get up. Three weeks ago, I couldn't keep her still for over 30second. She did everything perfectly.
